- public presentation and popularization
- equal opportunity to all athletes in the meaning of competing through out the season.
- keeping rhythm, for those athletes that did not succeed in fulfilling entry standards for/OG,EC,WC,WJC/
- providing better competition possibilities in the meaning of achieving entry standards

1.Candidates to awards /prize money/ domestic & foreign athletes/
2. prize money fund of the organizer,club and AFS/ Athletic
Federation of Slovenia /are independent.
3. Each organizer shall lay out payment according to agreement with
Athlete or his representative.
4. AFS/Athletic Federation of Slovenia/ shall lay out payment to athletes
on the end of the Grand Prix League approx. to date 30.10.2006,
claming appropriate documents/ passport, bank name & account number/
5. Athletes or their representatives should contact directly the
organizers concerning in general all about their eventual participation.
6. Only athlete entering at least in three individual events has the right
to prize Money award, calculating the entrance in the event achieving
at least 950 points according to IAAF Scoring Tables.
Being two athletes equal in scoring, the result of the better athlete is in
favour according to IAAF Scoring Tables.
7. For prize money award the entrance to the Grand prix Final 13.09.2006
Celje is compulsory. In case their event is in the programme, and they have already entered 3 times they obligatory enter in the manner of ( 3+1).
8. In case of in distinction all clarification is under the restriction of the
Slovenian National Federation, having its Commissioner for
the International Athletic Grand Prix League 2006.
